Things I Saw Today

I was walking down the street in Riverhead and spotted this beautiful old building.  Isn't it grand?  Can you imagine living there with its resident ghosts?

  4. That is such a cool and eerie looking house. It needs a creaky rocking chair on the porch and a face at the upstairs window - I'm thinking little girl with blonde hair and a white nightgown.

  5. Very spooky looking.

I'm going to be in NYC (midtown) on Monday (11th) (sneaking in on a quick business trip with my husband)...would you have a chance to meet for coffee? He has his meeting at 11 am on Monday morning. I'm not sure where you live. You can contact me at info(at)bisous.biz. I know it's not much notice but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask. If not, hopefully we'll meet in Vancouver this year.

  10. How interesting that the front door isn't in the...front? Haha It looks fantastically creepy, but in the very best of ways :)

Hey - you live in New York, right? I'll be out there in February! It would be so cool to meet up with you if you're open to it!

  11. It's beautiful. I definitely want to know what's up in that top part! I've always adored old houses since my grandfather would buy and flip them, My favorite was a beautiful old Southern beauty with a wrap around porch. She used to be a drug den, but watching it gutted and renewed was incredible.
