I hope you had a nice weekend.
Robin and I enjoyed our anniversary in Philadelphia. We dined at a fabulous restaurant with the couple who introduced us and spent all day Saturday walking around and taking in the sights.
I love cities and have visited many. Each has its appeal and Philly is no exception. Here are some photos...
What did you do this weekend?
Awww!!! It looks like you guys had a wonderful anniversary. I'm so happy for you!!!ReplyDelete
What a great trip. I have only been there once but did not really get a chance to see much on a business trip.ReplyDelete
We had a big couples night out last night. It was a lot of fun.
Sounds like a fab trip. I have some friends up that way and they love it up there. Looks like the weather was gorgeous. Congrats on the ten years!ReplyDelete
Looks like you guys had a great time..and the weather looks beautiful. Hope your trip down memory lane became memorable as you celebrate 10 years together.ReplyDelete
My weekend had its moments, but was jammed pack. A lot of stuff happened. Just have to always hang in their not matter what life keeps tossing at me.
It looks like you and Robin enjoyed yourselves, good for you !!! Weekends are these parts are usually filled with all the stuff that does not get done during the week. Although I did have a little "girls night" at my place on friday and that was big fun. Summer is slipping away and I'm trying to squeeze every last drop before its gone.ReplyDelete
My brother- and sis-in-law got married on Friday on your anniversary. :) It was a GREAT wedding and reception. But it was SO HOT, and I was exhausted. So Saturday and Sunday, I was absolutely good for nothing except for a brief visit with some of out-of-state family who came in for the wedding. I laid around under the fan and watched "Murder, She Wrote." ;)ReplyDelete
So glad you guys had the opportunity to revisit "the scene of the crime" and reminisce!! How wonderful.
I've only been to Philadelphia once. I thought it was beautiful, but very, very busy!ReplyDelete
So glad you enjoyed "A New Kind of Love." I liked it too!
I really enjoy the city of PhiladelphiaReplyDelete
Lived there for 3 years, but I am a southener and was so happy to back in the south!
Happy anniversary! I know I'm a bit late. But I don't think you guys will mind...ReplyDelete
I like your pictures. I'm beginning to wonder if maybe I could be a city slicker someday. What do you think?
Sure you could, Ashley. Put your toe in the water with visits and find out!ReplyDelete
I was in Philly on Saturday too! In Chinatown most of the day watching a battle of the bands and then drinking saki but I was there nonetheless...how surreal would it have been to run into each other?!ReplyDelete
That would have been wild, Alya!ReplyDelete
Happy Anniversary! Philly's great! (I lived there for about a year in grad school.) If you guys ever head back, check out Tria, it's a cute little wine bar in the Rittenhouse Square area!ReplyDelete
