Making You Laugh

Hi guys.  I've been frustrated by two things lately -- a crushing amount of work at the office and, even worse, an inability to upload pictures onto my blog.  The latter is due to a problem with Blogger which many people are complaining about.  I'm going to try to load some pictures here using a different, unusual method.  If it works, maybe I'll make you laugh...

    I am having the same problem loading photos into blogger. I was able to load them when I went into the new post and switched it to html format. It looks all weird and jumbled but it worked. Maybe that will help you???

      Thanks, Heather. That's exactly what I did. I read that tip in a Google Help Forum. I hope they fix the problem.

    Funny comics :)

    If you know anything about HTML, you can upload your pics to Imgur or Flickr, then use the embed code to embed the images from an outside site. That's what I do!

      Emma, I know nothing about HTML. I went to law school to avoid having to learn about computers or lift heavy objects.

    I cannot stop laughing at the blow dry a cat one! Seriously that is hilarious!! I'm pretty sure if I put my Taylor cat in the dryer she'd come out looking like that!

    I'm glad it worked. Those images are definitely funny! I'll have to remember that dog costume. Wouldn't it be funny having three dogs in similar costumes at the same time? :-)

    HAHAHAHA!! I loved these! Ally, have you looked into Flickr? I have a pro account and that costs money, but they have a limited amount of photos you can upload a month for free. If you use it when Blogger is being a dick, then you can still have photos. I usually just copy & paste the html into each post.

    I hope work slows down for you. You should relax at home with some tea and a good movie this week!

    Haha! I like the spin-the-bottle one. A few of my friends are having problems loading pictures too. Very weird.

    Oh dear, I'm sorry to hear that you've been affected by this issue with Blogger recently. I have't, but I suspect that's because I usually upload my photos via either Photobucket or the program (Windows Writer) that I use to write all of my posts in. If you're a Windows user, I hugely recommend Writer. I discovered it a couple of years ago and it was like a godsend in terms of simplifying and speeding up the blog post creating process.

    Hah! All these are great. Although not to be a downer - the 'cat' is an angora rabbit it looks like to me.

    Sorry about blogger. I haven't been home/blogging for several days, but didn't experience any issues today.

    Have you tried going directly to your picasa account? That's what blogger images go into. Try checking that out and see if you can directly upload them to your gallery and paste the html in.

    I had an issue with loading pictures. When I used Google Chrome it worked just fine. I figured it was Google trying to force us to their browser.
    Love the pictures. That one of the dog in the costume is hilarious!

    I had some issues, the post wouldn't save, I had to keep trying for about 20 mins. Switched wireless off/on (very technical!) and that seemed to help.

    I love the second picture, they all def made me smile :-)

    Sorry to hear your work is hectic, I hope you get a let up soon. I was over-committed to too many projects before Christmas and it was uncomfortable.

    Hmmm it's been ages since I uploaded pics on blogger (I use flickr now and copy and paste the embed code) so I actually don't know what you're talking about. Anyways thank you for making me smile (especially with the last pic hehe)
