We got 26 inches of snow this weekend. That's a lot. It took me four efforts to shovel our walk and driveway. On the plus side, the snow is exceedingly beautiful.
The colors in these photos are beautiful! Now that I live in TX I only remember winter being miserable but seeing these pics reminds me of how lovely and quiet it is just after a snow fall...
Fantastic colour and vibrancy in these pix! thank goodness you're ok, from our end it sounded pretty bad.Snow is so pretty, but I lothe the aftermath! X
Beautiful colors! Lovely pictures! I can only imagine how hard it must be to shovel snow! (none here in north africa) x Bel http://b-by-bel.blogspot.fr/
These pictures are gorgeous, I love the pop of red. It's just been chilly and rainy here with some snow that just turns into slush. Oh well. This girl is ready for spring!
Gorgeous photos ... I was concerned for you all the way over the seas when I heard that there was going to be so much snow in NY. Shovelling is such good exercise! Thankfully it is not something we have to contend with here in South Africa.
If you combined all the snow I have ever seen in person, in my life, it still wouldn't be this much. That means I get to appreciate your pictures because they are beautiful, but because, oh my god look at all that cool snow!

So beautiful, so cold! We have drizzly rain right now. I'm just grateful I had the day to sleep in.

What a gorgeous, punchy depth of colours in these engaging winter shots. I especially love the berries coated, as if with 7-minute frosting, in snow.

Those colours are beautiful. Sometimes in the midst of shivering I forget just how magical snow is.
