Third picture, all the way! I like the hint of leg showing between your boots and the skirt.

ReplyDeleteI'm trying to look at the geometry of it and think of it that way. It looks like the shoulder to waist is equidistant to the waist to hem in the most flattering length. Similarly, the shoulder to shoulder length is roughly equidistant to the "left to right" edges of this (fuller than you typically wear) skirt. I think those proportions create a very flattering and feminine visual impact.

ReplyDeleteDefinitely the shorter length. And with some knee-high boots in a cool cognac color. Also, that yellow is a great color for you.
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way about oversized sweaters on women (like you commented on my blog today). I love anything where the sleeves are way too long too.

ReplyDeleteThat skirt totally rocks. It is perfect. I can imagine it being worn with a black sweater and pearls....
However I do agree that you could have it shortened just a bit, then again you could just roll it up at the waist.
