It's easy to get discouraged by modern life. People disappoint us, society is uncaring. But when we're blue, we need to remember that there also exists beauty in the world. Real, pure beauty.

Breathtakingly beautiful floral capture, Ally. I am with you completely on turning to nature and/or the simple joys to remind of that there is indeed good, hope and positivity in this ol' world of ours.
I went for a walk in a park in Greenhithe, Auckland, New Zealand recently and decided to take a photo of all the flowers I saw (even the weeds were pretty!!!!) and it made me see again how important it is to be present in our lives and look for the beauty all around us.
How beautiful! Mother Nature comes up trumps again x
