The Bloggy Awards Are Back!

For the past several years, I've given annual Bloggy Awards to the Best Blogs Of The Year.  This year will be no exception.  Trophies have been ordered and awards will be announced next week.

The point of the Bloggy Award is to reward exceptional effort and draw attention to our best blogs.  I consider that a noble cause.

There are two winners this year.  The winning bloggers wear great clothes, post with amazing frequency, share about their lives, write entertainingly, visit everyone else's blogs, leave wonderful comments and elevate the atmosphere in our blogosphere.  That's effort worth celebrating.

    NOW you've made me realize I have to step it up a bit with my blog content and frequency. There's so much in life to observe and express an opinion or offer gratitude about...and of COURSE our fashions! Maybe I'LL be in the running for NEXT year's awards! Cheers!

    The fact that you do this truly is the nicest and most unique way of recognizing your peers.

    One day, maybe you will be able to have a big ceremony and then we could all dress up for it with a smashing wild after party. Just like the Oscars only they will be called the Allys. The winners get a photo on one of your motorcycles wearing their fancy gown and holding the award ; P

    How fabulously exciting. I will never so long as I live forget your kindness in bestowing one of these deeply meaningful awards on my blog and I last year, Ally. The trophy has pride-of-place on one of my bookshelves and never fails to brighten my day and remind me of that there are some truly good people in the world (very much including you) each time I look upon it.
