I've been reading lots of stuff on the internet about her, and it seems like she was a very troubled soul. Addiction is so damn tough. No one, NO ONE wakes up one day and says "hey, I think I'll be an addict and toss my life away". It's a disease and its so very very tragic. May she rest in peace.
27 again. It's sad but at the same time it was a little bit foreseeable.
ReplyDeleteOmg... What a pity. I really liked that girl but she was very self-destructive. Still it's a pity, I was hoping she would get over that state of mind.
ReplyDeleteYes I just read about it. Sad, but it was the end of the path she had been on.

It IS a shame! So pointless. ~Serene
ReplyDeleteSo sad :(
ReplyDeleteThanks for doing this post.
I was really bummed when I heard about this. I really hope that other people take this as a lesson to take care of themselves and others around them.

ReplyDeleteIt is so sad! RIP Amy! We always remember you!
ReplyDeleteWhat a shame to die so young when she had her whole life in front of her.

She was a mess. Sad but true. Nonetheless, it's awful, especially considering how young she was... and how talented. I've always loved her music.
ReplyDeleteOne of my favorites ... She will be missed.
ReplyDeleteI was/am still in love with her.
ReplyDeleteI know, Shayla. So am I.
