You certainly saw some beautiful nature! I am so glad when photos like this are posted, I can tap , they become bigger, like magic, and I can stare, and pretend I am there! I hope you had a wonderful hike! xx, Elle http://www.theellediaries.com/blog/
So pretty!!! I haven't been to that area in ages--always loved all the antique shops and the railroad restaurant (can't remember what it's called but it's right by the train station).
Lovely pictures and hope you have been enjoying the outdoors :)
Is that the park kind of near the stores? There is a nice park there but not really for hiking. Funny but Cold Spring Harbor and Huntington kind of remind me of the PNW where I lived for a decade. But I grew up on the south shore not far from the Queens border...very different. Like night and day.
Looks like the perfect place to hike!!!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos! It seems the perfect place to unwind.
ReplyDeleteThat's exactly the effect it had on me. I entered stressed and left relaxed.
DeleteI seriously love these photos <3

No, that's not it. The park is on Rte. 108 which is a nice scenic road running alongside a pond.
DeleteNice photos Ally.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful photos! Hiking has been my new favorite thing to do as of lately. I really liked your photo of the sun shining through the trees.
ReplyDeleteHope you're enjoying your weekend! :)
