The stable has grown. I purchased a 2021 Mazda Miata today.
For decades I've heard drivers rave about the Miata. It's a terrific sports car, they say; it offers great "engagement," they say. The key is the car's light weight: it makes the power go further. Miata is actually history's best-selling sports car, holding the record with over one million cars sold. "Zoom zoom," indeed.
My version is a convertible with a retractable hard-roof. The car has manual transmission and is painted bright red. You're welcome for a ride!
Wonderful! Congrats on your new baby, Ally! What's her name? When are we going to meet her?
ReplyDeleteL and I have had 2 Miatas (one ~2008, one 20012?, I can't remember) and loved them. Lovely little zippy cars! Enjoy!
Thanks. You know how much fun they are!
DeleteOooooo...this is nice. And I only know how to drive manual, so I'm really loving this! I swear....if I didn't have kids, sports car all the way:D
ReplyDeleteWow, Ally, congratulations on your new purchase! xxx
ReplyDeleteThanks, pal.
DeleteSuas postagens são ótimas, estou seguindo seu blog e curtindo bastante!! Parabéns!

PS: We both own Mazdas now, as the car Tony and I are presently leasing is Madza CX 9 (that we brought home around the start of last fall).
Cool! Our cars are cousins. :)
DeleteWhoa! Congrats! I don't think I've ever ridden in a convertible, would love to go for a spin!
ReplyDeleteHop in!
DeleteMy parents had at least a couple mazdas back in the early 90s. Very good cars. They've stayed super cute too.
ReplyDeleteMazda has always had a good reputation for quality and reliability. And innovation -- they developed the rotary engine.
DeleteI had a friend that had a Miata years ago. It was such a fun little car. Congrats!
