Fifties Fashion

During the past two weeks, I did some research and wrote a lengthy post about women's fashion in the 1950's.  The result was just put up as a guest-post on Angela's blog.  You can find it here.

    I loved the guest post, Ralph :) I can tell you not only put a lot of time but also a lot of heart into it!

    I love the big full skirts but I'm still trying to figure out a way to wear them since they do tend to make my already wide (ish) hips look bigger.

    And, once again, love you in that JS dress!

    Thanks, Bri. I did get emotionally invested in that post. It's sort of like trying to re-claim a youth I never had.

    That was such a great post, Shy! I love how you examined a bit of the history of the era of the 50s and looked at how that manifested in the clothing. That is easily my own favourite era!
