To compete with the tuxedo, I needed to come up with something special. To achieve that, I ventured deep into glamour. Farther than I've ever gone before.
Glam to the max. You blew any expectations out of the water. I think this experiment can rival your prom one. Any excuse to wear a gorgeous dress, amirite?
I really like the retro style make-up in this. With the black and white elegance of the rest of the ensemble, it really make's your lovely smile pop! I love the close-up glam shot!
That dress is GORGEOUS!! the whole outfit is beautiful. I think I need some formal wear tips from you!! and I agree with Elle.. you look WAY too young -- not fair! LOL xo J
This is fantastic! In fact I think its my favorite outfit of yours so far- I love the simple long sheath dress with the stark ivory applique down the front- very elegant, very you!
What do I think? I smiled with joy. If I saw you at the opera (I like going to opera and classical concerts), you would be perfect sitting in the top box. And I would come up in the interval and tell you how beautiful you looked x
That dress is magnificent! An opera calls for a long hem and elegant colour palette (IMO), both of which this beautiful frock delivers perfectly. The only thing that might have to be concerned with her is looking better than the actresses on stage! :)
Ooooooooooooooh how lovely! That dress is gorgeous especially teamed with the elegant jewellery and elbow length gloves! You look great! What opera did you see?
you look great! and no wrinkles on your neck or chest!! i'm jealous and i must know your secrets :)
ReplyDeleteYou look fabulous. I'm going to need to pump up my look.

Ally, you just get more beautiful all the time. That dress is amaze-balls - where did you score it?
ReplyDeleteAt a thrift-shop this week, for only $24. I fell in love with it at first sight.
DeleteWhile the dress isn't my size, I did some clever engineering to make it fit. (I'm a 14 and the dress is a 6.)
I really like all your accessories here. Not only are they classy and glam, they go perfectly with your dress.
