Making Cards Out Of A Blog Post


This is my all-time favorite blog-picture.  I took and posted it back in February.  That's me in the picture, wearing leggings and taking my own picture with acrobatic-posing and a self-timer.

Recently I had a great idea -- since I love this image so much, I had postcards made with the picture on them.  Some of you lucky readers might have received one in the mail.

In addition to postcards, I've also created greeting cards and posters of the picture.  You can get them here.  I'm doing this for fun, not money, so if anyone wants one of these, let me know and I'll send it to you; you don't need to buy it.

    OH WOW! what an amazing pose. Must have taken arm strength and vision to create!

    I love the idea of using is for post cards and business cards. I had one made using a photoshoot I had for my blog business card.

    What a great idea- I still can't fathom how you took that picture- I am so clumsy I would be toppling over! I'm very inspired by this idea- maybe I will 'borrow' this concept :)

    I love this idea.. and I LOVED that photo when you posted it back in February.. you are so multi-talented its awesome!!

    maybe you could do an interesting series of photos to go with this? A little round button that you can pin on a jacket would also be fun!!!
